1.  Do you accept my insurance?

Answer: Currently our Office no longer accepts Any Insurance as of January 1, 2022.  Please  Directly Contact the Office About Self-Pay & New Customer Rates.

 


2.  Is the office accepting new patients?

Answer:  The office is currently accepting new patient. Please call the office to check availability and to schedule an appointment. If you need immediate care please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

 


 

3.  Does our office offer therapy or counseling sessions?

Answer:  Our providers do not offer therapy or counseling. However, we do have therapists and counselors we would be happy to refer you out to.
